The A.I.RTM Framework · AI Readiness, scored

Know exactly where you stand on AI.

A.I.RTM stands for AI Readiness. For distributors and manufacturers, we score your readiness across 6 pillars within your organization. You'll get an honest assessment of where your organization is on its readiness to implement AI.

The A.I.RTM Scale

A.I.RTM measures your AI Readiness. The scale climbs from lower on the left to higher on the right.

Starting 0–1 Early 1–2 Developing 2–3 Established 3–4 Leading 4–5 Not Ready Thriving
Starting
0–1

AI is not on the agenda yet. No data, strategy, or governance foundation. Any AI effort stalls at the start.

Early
1–2

The basics exist but do not connect. Gaps in data, people, or governance break most AI projects.

Developing
2–3

The foundation is forming. Strategy and tools are taking hold. You can run targeted AI projects with support.

Established
3–4

AI readiness is built into how the business runs. Clean data, trained people, and clear governance let you scale AI.

Leading
4–5

AI is a competitive advantage. Data, people, process, and governance reinforce each other. You outpace your peers.

The framework

Six pillars. One score.

Data Readiness

Is your data clean, centralized, and accessible?

Technology Infrastructure

Can your current stack support AI?

Process & Workflow

Where are the manual bottlenecks eating time and margin?

People & Culture

Is your team ready, and is leadership bought in?

Governance & Risk

Do you have policies in place, or is AI running unsanctioned?

Strategic Alignment

Does AI connect to where the business is actually going?

Why this is different

AI is not a bolt-on.

AI dropped on top of a broken process just makes the broken parts faster. The A.I.RTM Framework looks at your process first, then puts AI exactly where it pays: the manual work, the unused data, the reports nobody has time to build. That's how you get results in weeks instead of a pilot that dies in a conference room.

That's why the recommendations actually fit your business instead of describing some generic distributor that doesn't exist.

Common questions

What owners actually ask.

What if I want a custom build, not a vendor selection?

We start at the application layer with sanctioned tools already on the market because that's where most distributors and manufacturers get the fastest return. If a custom build is the right answer for your business, we'll scope it with you and bring in the right development partners to execute it.

What happens after the Assessment?

Your report shows where to start. From there, the AI Sprint puts your people to work on it: one seat per person, at Build, Scale or Lead, 4 or 8 weeks of 1:1 coaching, with the dollar value agreed up front and measured at the end. Teams that want a running start begin with a half day AI Workshop.
