AI Workshop

The license was the easy part.

Most companies we talk to have signed up for an AI tool and their teams are barely touching it. The training is what's missing. We run onsite and virtual sessions for distributors and manufacturers, on our own sample data built to look like a distributor's books. Your team leaves using it the same day. Your files stay where they are. No data pull, no IT project, no NDA needed to get started.

The workshop

Built around your business. You build your own quote.

Pick the 3 demos your team will see and choose on site or virtual. One fee covers all of it: the AI overview and the AI Orchestra, the 3 demos, the last hour, the workshop expert setup for everyone at a keyboard, the Standard A.I.RTM Assessment, a license to run the same environment again inside your company, and a 10 day check in against your team's own board.

The workshop gets the team working. Coaching on each person's own work happens in the AI Sprint. Once a team is past the basics, our Virtual Staff subscription puts named agents on the standing work, and the waitlist is open.

Half day
Interactive, Hands-On AI Workshop

Laptops open, real work on the screen. Your team works the problems you actually have, on our sample distributor data. In the last hour each person writes down one workflow from their own job and the hours a week it takes, and everyone leaves with that one job picked out and started. Built for people who have never opened an AI tool and for the ones already poking at one a few times a week.

How booking works

Build your own quote in three steps.

One private page, built for your company. You see every price before you send anything.

  1. 1
    Step 01
    Pick your demos

We send a private quote page built for your company, and you pick the 3 demos your team will see from our library.

  2. 2
    Step 02
    Select any add-ons

Choose on site or virtual, and add what you want: a Bring Your Own demo, the Premium A.I.RTM upgrade or AI Sprint seats. The total updates as you go.

  3. 3
    Step 03
    Submit request with preferred dates

Choose the dates that work for your team and send it. We confirm them with you, then build your demos on sample data shaped like your business.

Demos in the fee

After the AI overview and the AI Orchestra, your team picks 3 demos from our library, standard or custom built for your business.

Options
Each one is an add on, priced on your quote page
  • Bring your own demo: one of your own processes, scoped with you first
  • The Premium A.I.RTM Assessment upgrade
  • AI Sprint seats for anyone who wants to keep going after the workshop
What we cover

6 fundamentals. All on sample data.

They come up all through the afternoon, inside the demos, and we weight them to the room. A sales team and a finance team do not need the same afternoon. Every exercise runs on our sample distributor set, so nobody has to export or clean up your files first.

  • Prompting for real work

Giving it the context, the standard, and an example of good, so the first answer comes back usable.

  • Projects and loaded knowledge

A product guide, an SDS library, a proposal template. We supply the sample set, your team learns the setup, then they point the same setup at their own material back at the office.

  • Sales work that compounds

Briefs before a call, account research, wallet share questions, and drafts of the next email in your voice. The work reps skip when the day gets away from them.

  • Ops, finance, and documents

Reading a stack of PDFs, reconciling freight invoices, pulling numbers out of a spreadsheet nobody wants to open, drafting the SOP that never got written.

  • Getting the day back

Handing the routine parts of the job to AI, so 8 hours of that work gets done in 40 minutes. We show you how, step by step.

  • Guardrails: what never goes into AI

What your team keeps out of every AI tool: customer data, supplier agreements, formulations, anything your contracts keep confidential. Where the line is, who signs off, and what your policy should say before the whole company is using it.

In the room

What a half day actually looks like.

How the workshop runs, in 4 parts. We adjust it once we know who is in the room and what they're stuck on.

  1. Part 01

    Where this actually helps

What AI does well in a distribution and manufacturing business today, where it falls over, and the pilots that quietly went nowhere and why.

  2. Part 02

    Everyone gets it working

Laptops open, walk through the demo together. Then everyone explores it on their own screen.

  3. Part 03

    Working the sample set

We work the sample set as one group, one demo at a time. Each demo follows a job someone in the room does: a sales account, an ops backlog, purchasing's inventory and demand plan. The scenarios come from your business, the files come from ours.

  4. Part 04

    The last hour

Each person writes down one workflow from their own job like the ones they just saw, and the hours a week it takes. Every one goes on the whiteboard, and the room sees its total hours. Your executive sponsor picks which come first, and everyone leaves with their workflow started.

Logistics

What we need, and what it costs.

What we need from you
  1. 1
A room, a screen, and laptops

Virtual works too: a screen share and a laptop for each person.

  2. 2
Paid accounts for the AI tools

We don't train on free versions. Our setup confirms every license before the day.

  3. 3
Your executive sponsor, in the room for the last hour

They see the whiteboard and decide which workflows come first. We confirm a date once that hour is on their calendar.

Your data stays where it is. We train on our own sample data, built to look like a distributor's books. No export, no cleanup project, no waiting on IT, and no NDA required to put a date on the calendar.

Pricing
One fee.

It covers the whole workshop, whatever the size of your company, and you see every price on your own private quote page before you send anything. Tell us who is in the room and what you want them doing differently, and we'll send your quote.

Questions

The ones we get every time.

We already pay for an AI tool and nobody uses it. Is training really the fix?

Usually, yes. Most teams open it twice, get a generic answer because they gave it a generic question, and go back to what they know. The workshop puts a real task on the screen and stays there until it works.

Do people need any technical background?

No. The workshop is built for people who have never opened an AI tool.

Do we have to hand over our data?

No. Every session runs on our own sample data, built to look like a distributor's product guides, SDSs, and templates. Nothing of yours moves, nothing needs cleaning up first, and you don't need an NDA in place to book a date.

Then how do people apply it to their own work?

They learn the setup on the sample, which is the part that transfers. The last hour goes to each person writing down one workflow from their own job and the hours a week it takes, then picking it out and starting it, so Monday morning starts with that workflow pointed at their real material. 10 days later we check in against what they wrote.

Do you train on the AI tools we already use?

Yes. We lead with the tool we use to run our own business, because it holds up on long documents and writing. If your company standardized on something else, we teach on what you own.

How many people can attend?

We keep each workshop small enough that everyone gets attention. Larger groups get split into more than one session.

Does our executive sponsor need to be in the room?

For the last hour, yes. That is when each person's workflow and its hours go on the whiteboard, the room sees its total hours, and your sponsor decides what comes first. They do not click along for the rest of the day. We confirm a date once that hour is on their calendar.

How long does the AI Sprint run?

It depends on the work. We size each seat by how many people it reaches, which systems it runs on and who sees the result, and your proposal shows the typical timing for each one. Every seat gets private 1:1 coaching from Pete and answers between sessions. We agree the level and the work that person is changing on the call, and put it in the agreement before anything starts. Every seat carries The Sprint Guarantee: Attend every session and do each week's build. If your goals aren't reached by your last session, we keep coaching you at no charge, for up to 4 more weeks, until they are.

Results guaranteed Reach your goal by your last session, or we keep coaching you at no charge.* *Terms and conditions apply.
