I am honored to have been named a 2024 ACD Expert of the Year for Education!

I joined the Education Committee to give back to the program I found so valuable: Emerging Leaders (Class of ‘22)!

If you haven’t checked out ACD’s Leadership Institute recently, they have overhauled the entire structure and now offer three tiers based on the goal of the leader:

1. Aspiring Leaders - early career professionals with under 5 years professional experience
2. Emerging Leaders - leaders with 5-7 years of leadership experience
3. Executive Leaders - senior leadership with 8+ years of leadership experience

Engaging top talent within our companies has never been more important and these programs are a GREAT way to do it.
