AI Training and Claude Workshops

The license was the easy part.

Most companies we talk to have signed up for Claude and their teams are barely touching it. The training is what's missing. We run onsite and virtual sessions for distributors and manufacturers, on our own sample data built to look like a distributor's books. Your team leaves using it the same day. Your files stay where they are. No data pull, no IT project, no NDA needed to get started.

01
Programs

Three ways in. Most companies start with two.

The executive session gets leadership aligned. The hands-on workshop gets the team working. The Everyday AI Sprint makes it stick. Once a team is past the basics, our Virtual Staff subscription puts named agents on the standing work, and the waitlist is open.

Half day
AI Literacy for Executives
Who it's for

Owners, C-suite, and the leadership team

A structured session built for the owners and executives who approve the spend. What AI is, what it's actually doing in distribution and manufacturing today, and how to judge it as a business decision. You leave able to lead the conversation inside your own company.

What's included
  • Tailored to your industry segment and company size
  • Real use cases from chemical distribution and manufacturing
  • How to evaluate AI tools and vendors without getting burned
  • Where the risk actually sits: data, contracts, and customer commitments
  • Q&A with your leadership team built into the agenda

Half day
Hands-On Claude Workshop
Who it's for

Sales, ops, finance, procurement, customer service

Laptops open, real work on the screen. Your team works the problems you actually have, on our sample distributor data, and leaves with workflows they can point at their own files the next morning. Built for people who have never opened it and for the ones already poking at it a few times a week.

What's included
  • Live, guided sessions in Claude, plus Claude Cowork and Claude Code where they fit
  • Our sample product guides, SDSs, and templates, shaped like yours
  • Use cases split by role: sales, ops, finance, procurement, service
  • Private session, your team only

90 days
Everyday AI Sprint
Who it's for

Companies with licenses already paid for and nobody using them

Training is a day. Adoption is a habit. The Everyday AI Sprint is the 90 days after the workshop where the habit either forms or dies: internal champions, a ranked list of use cases, weekly office hours, and a straight read on who is actually using it by the end. Most tools your company bought never got this part.

What's included
  • Kickoff workshop for the whole group
  • Two to four internal champions trained deeper, so your people have someone on the team to ask
  • A ranked backlog of use cases, scored on time saved and how hard they are
  • Weekly office hours while people build the habit
  • An adoption readout for leadership at the end, with what to do next

What we cover

Six modules. All on sample data.

We pick the modules that match the room. A sales team and a finance team do not need the same afternoon. Every exercise runs on our sample distributor set, so the training starts the day you book it.

Prompting for real work

Giving it the context, the standard, and an example of good, so the first answer comes back usable.

Projects and loaded knowledge

A product guide, an SDS library, a proposal template. We supply the sample set, your team learns the setup, then they point the same setup at their own material back at the office.

Sales work that compounds

Pre-call briefs, account research, wallet share questions, follow-up drafts in your voice. The work reps skip when the day gets away from them.

Ops, finance, and documents

Reading a stack of PDFs, reconciling freight invoices, pulling numbers out of a spreadsheet nobody wants to open, drafting the SOP that never got written.

Claude Cowork and Claude Code

For the analysts and the curious. Turning a repeated afternoon of work into something that runs on its own, without waiting on an IT project.

Guardrails and what never goes in

Customer data, supplier agreements, formulations, anything under NDA. Where the line is, who signs off, and what your policy should say before the whole company is using it.

03
A day in the room

What a half day actually looks like.

A sample agenda for the hands-on workshop. We adjust it once we know who is in the room and what they're stuck on.

Hour 1
Where this actually helps

The honest version. What AI does well in a distribution and manufacturing business today, where it falls over, and the pilots that quietly went nowhere and why.

Hour 2
Everyone gets it working

Laptops open, walk through the demo together. Then everyone explores Claude on their own screen.

Hour 3
Working the sample set

We split by role and work the sample set. Sales works an account, ops works a backlog, purchasing works inventory and demand planning. The scenarios come from your business, the files come from ours.

Hour 4
What you take with you

The workflows that worked, the three things to try this week, and who owns each one.

The executive session runs on its own agenda, built around the decisions your leadership team is facing.

04
Formats

Onsite, virtual, or on your conference agenda.

Onsite

We come to you. Conference room, laptops, your team. Best for the hands-on workshop, where sitting next to someone is the whole point.

Virtual

Live and interactive, run to the same agenda as the onsite session. Works well for multi-location teams and for the executive session.

Association and conference

Keynote or breakout for industry events. We have done this for the Alliance for Chemical Distribution and for Chemical Distributor News audiences.

Your data stays where it is

We train on our own sample data, built to look like a distributor's books. No export, no cleanup project, no waiting on IT, and no NDA required to put a date on the calendar. If your legal team wants one anyway, we'll sign it.

What we need from you
  • A room, a screen, and laptops for the hands-on sessions
  • Accounts for the tools, or we help you get a small group set up first
  • Two or three real problems from your business, described out loud, no files needed
  • An executive in the room, because a team reads that as permission
Pricing

Training is priced by format, group size, and how much we build for you beforehand. We do not publish a rate card. Tell us who is in the room and what you want them doing differently, and we'll walk through a customized plan on the call.

05
Questions

The ones we get every time.

We already pay for Claude and nobody uses it. Is training really the fix?

Usually, yes. Most teams open it twice, get a generic answer because they gave it a generic question, and go back to what they know. The workshop puts a real task on the screen and stays there until it works.

Do people need any technical background?

No. The hands-on workshop is built for people who have never opened an AI tool. The Claude Code portion is optional and aimed at whoever on your team likes that kind of thing.

Do we have to hand over our data?

No. Every session runs on our own sample data, built to look like a distributor's product guides, SDSs, and templates. Nothing of yours moves, nothing needs cleaning up first, and you don't need an NDA in place to book a date. If you'd rather have one, we'll sign it.

Then how do people apply it to their own work?

They learn the setup on the sample, which is the part that transfers. The last hour is spent writing down which of their own files goes where, so Monday morning starts with that same workflow pointed at their real material.

Do you train on ChatGPT and other tools too?

Yes. We lead with Claude because it is what we use to run our own business and it holds up on long documents and writing. If your company standardized on something else, we teach on what you own.

How many people can attend?

The executive session works with a handful of leaders. The hands-on workshop runs best between 12 and 25, so everyone gets attention. Larger groups get split into more than one session.

What does it cost?

It depends on format, group size, and how much we build for you beforehand. Pricing is a conversation, not a list price. Book a 15-minute call and we'll walk through a customized plan.

Get your team using what you already pay for.

Tell us who's in the room and what they're stuck on. We'll tell you which session fits, or that you don't need one yet. Every week the licenses sit idle is money out the door.
