I had the pleasure of talking to the Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD)'s #EmergingLeaders class about leadership.

The discussion focused on how navigating a career is like playing a game of chess. The topic was Office Chess. How to Think Ahead. Move Smart. Win Quietly.

We talked in-depth about the book The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Green.
The group was locked-in 🔒 for almost 2 hours (!) as they shared their examples on leadership, innovation and executing strategy.

The future looks bright ☀️, with this group leading the charge!
