The ACD Spring Regional Meeting starts Monday in Cleveland. This year I used the Claude Chrome plug-in to prepare differently.

If you haven’t seen it, the meeting uses an app called Yapp. It is difficult to get an export of the attendee names without clicking one-by-one.

I pointed the plugin at the attendee list in the event app, pulled every name and company into Excel, then matched the list against my HubSpot contacts. A few minutes later I had a listing of everyone I knew, the last time I spoke with them, deals associated with each person, etc. The other remaining contacts are my cold intros who I need to research fit with my offering. Total run time ~3 minutes.
